Results arrive in four different ways
Most of the disappointment in this industry comes from expecting one kind
of result and getting another. These are the four patterns, and which one
you are in matters more than anything else on this page.
Quick, then it fades
Nothing to see immediately, a change over about two weeks, then a slow
return to where you started. This is the one people mean when they say
"results", and it is the least representative of what we do.
Wrinkle relaxers — builds over roughly two weeks, lasts
three to four months. The first appointment is deliberately
conservative: adding at the two-week check is easy, taking away is not.
Look treatments
Immediate, but you recover first
The change is there the day it is done, hidden for a few days under
swelling or redness. Judge these after the recovery, not during it, and
plan them around anything social.
Dermal fillers — thirty to sixty minutes, with swelling
and some bruising for a few days. Skin resurfacing —
real downtime that depends on how deep we go, told to you before you
book. PDO threads — bruising and tightness through the
first weeks.
Look treatments
Slow, cumulative, and easy to quit too early
Months, not weeks, and only as a course. The honest framing is that
these vary more between people than anything else we offer. If you want
a difference next week, this is the wrong category and we will say so.
Collagen-stimulating treatments — a series of visits,
developing across several months. Microneedling —
gradual, in a series. Hair restoration — a course then
maintenance; hair grows slowly enough that judging it at week four tells
you nothing. Red light therapy — accumulates, or does
not work.
Restore treatments
Measured, not seen
The largest part of this practice produces results you read rather than
look at — a lab value, a metabolic number, a weight logged over months.
No photograph would show any of it, which is the other reason a gallery
was never going to represent what happens here.
Hormone optimization — labs first, then a plan, then
repeat labs; the monitoring is as much the treatment as the
prescription. Metabolic testing — an hour, and you
leave with numbers that are yours rather than a population average.
Medical weight management — ongoing visits, not a
one-off.
