Board-certified Adult/Gero Nurse Practitioner (AANP). BSN, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, 2010; MSN, Seton Hall, 2018; BS in Sociology, Bloomfield College, summa cum laude, 2008. Critical care RN at Jersey City Medical Center from 2014 to 2019, in trauma and post-open-heart surgery. Daisy Award for Outstanding Nursing, 2014, and a citation from the New Jersey Senate. Now works in preventative care, anti-aging and weight. Certified personal trainer (NASM).

DNP, APN, CRNA · Founder and Nurse Anesthetist

Co-founder and nurse anesthetist. Emergency, surgical trauma and cardiothoracic ICU background.

Board-certified Nurse Anesthetist. BSN, William Paterson University, 2009, and inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society; DNP, Rutgers, 2019. Worked as an RN across emergency departments, surgical trauma ICUs and cardiothoracic ICUs. Continues to practice as a CRNA specializing in obstetric anesthesia.

How the practice thinks

The founding view is that health, aging and how you look are not separable problems, and that treating them as separable is why so much of this industry sells single procedures to people who needed a plan.

So the practice is built the other way around. Hormones, weight, recovery and aesthetics sit in the same building because for most people they are the same conversation.

What that means in the room

Nobody is sold a treatment before someone qualified has assessed them.
Where a decision should be lab-guided, like hormones, weight and peptides, we run labs first.
We will tell you when a treatment will not get you what you are describing.
